Quality Assurance

In 2007 John Dale Limited achieved BS EN ISO9001:2000 status and we manufacture under this quality system. We have since updated this to achieve BS EN ISO9001:2008 and BS EN ISO9001:2015 and status, respectively.

Also in 2007 John Dale Limited became fully FSC® (C002030) certified. In 2021 John Dale Limited attained BRC certification at the highest grade AA.

There is full traceability of each product manufactured. Stringent quality control procedures are in place and strictly adhered to ensuring consistent quality standards are maintained in accordance with our customers' expectations.
